Dear Bitwise Operators,

I wrote Dizzy (a digital circuit simulator) as a course assignment after I had gotten frustrated in the inflexibility of a digital circuit simulator that we were supposed to use for a digital electronics course.

The course I was taking was on Unix, so Dizzy runs on Unix with X11/Motif and on MacOS. It's not very Mac-like, even though it was written on the Mac, but it's good enough for learning the basic concepts.

Dizzy is free. You can choose to download the Unix source and try to port it to your system (it has some problems with 32 bit word alignment) or if you have a Mac, you can grab the Mac version and play with it.

Digital circuits are like logical Lego bricks. They are fun to play with and very educational.

Enjoy,

Juri
